The apartment is extremely quiet. You will enter a spacious living room with a large and fully equipped kitchen corner. A 5 sits sofa dominates the room in front of an enormous TV screen. A glass door opens up on a large 40 sq meters terrace surrounded by a rare and silent piece of nature. From the corridor you access the sleeping area with two renovated bathrooms both with showers and two large double bedrooms.

Me and my staff will welcome you at the apartment and show you around, we will be happy to give you tips and suggestions on the district and on the city, we are grown up here and we know well how to get the best of it 😉 we will also be available for emergencies H24.
The house has 2 entrances one on the Circonvallazione Gianicolense (ring road), in front of the TRASTEVERE station, where you can find all services, tobacconist, newsagent, supermarket, dry cleaner, pharmacy etc. … and in 15 minutes walk errives in TESTACCIO district. Another entrance is on the slopes of MONTEVERDE VECCHIO neighborhood, residential neighborhood where you can reach GIANICOLO and the wonderful VILLA PAMPHILI and VILLA SCIARRA.
Stazione Trastevere is across the street, trains will take you quickly everywhere in town. Tram 3 passes along Viale Trastevere and leads directly to the Colosseum, tram 8 goes deep into the old part of Trastevere in only 5 minutes so that you can spend your nights out in the most exciting and exclusive area of Rome’s city center 😉 the main airport is in easy reach, only 25 minutes by FL1 train; the main station is only 20 minutes away.
