Today I woke up in the marvelous Trastevere and there is one thing I can’t take off my mind: a delicious plate of Pasta Cacio and Pepe… with a twist. Maybe it’s a dream I had tonight but I had to try this unique version of the famous Roman recipe. Here’s how it went!
